Subject: Amendment to the Request for Proposal (RFP)

Due to unforeseen circumstances that prevented Boxing South Africa from conducting the compulsory briefing session scheduled for 26 June 2026 at 11:00, the following amendments to the Request for Proposals (RFP) are hereby issued,
including a revised briefing session schedule:

Briefing Session

• The briefing session scheduled for today, 26 June 2026, at 11h00 was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The session has been rescheduled to Monday, 29 June 2026, at 11h00.

1. Extension of Closing Date

• Boxing SA decided to extend a closing date as follows. The closing date for submission of proposals has been extended from 30 June 2026 to 03 July 2026 at 16h00.

2. Submission Deadline
• All service providers are required to submit their Proposal by close of business on Friday, 03 July 2026, at 16h00 PM.
