Romy Titus is an award-winning sports Journalist and a household name.
Her voice has echoed on various radio sports shows nationally earning awards for her compelling sports interviews for two years running, and scooping the radio award for Best Sports Show, on a PBS station – ‘The Touchline with Romy Titus.’
She has hosted many TV shows, anchored the news and travelled to various locations for big sporting events locally and internationally and has covered both current affairs and sport. She has also made history by being the first woman in South Africa to host a boxing show, ‘The TKO’ which still flights on SABC Sport.
Romy has segued from front of camera to behind the scenes and currently holds the position as Senior Producer at Supersport International, mainly in the football premiership arena, managing important stakeholders of the game.
She is the media officer for the national men’s football team Bafana Bafana for the past 3 years, a film maker where her lens goes behind bars telling stories of mothers and children incarcerated through her NPO, ‘Babies Behind Bars’, which has earned her a Paul Harris Award by Rotary South Africa, an Ubuntu Award by the Department of International Relations, and a Mandela Washington Fellowship by President Barack Obama.
Apart from her journalism qualification, Romy holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

Luxolo September has over 17 years of experience in the sport industry – with over 15 of those years spent between FIFA, Premier Soccer League and CAF.
He is currently leads Africa’s biggest sporting/ commercial Rights at the Confederation of African Football (CAF). He led the Team that delivered the most successful Media Rights Sales for CAF during the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Cote d’Ivoire in January/February 2024.
Luxolo September is a member of CAF’s Board of Directors - a core entrusted with the delivery of Africa’s biggest Event: the Africa Cup of Nations that attracts 1 billion audiences globally.
Luxolo September is a global player who serves in several boards in South Africa and globally including CEO’s in Sport (Founding Board Member), European Sport Director’s Forum in Geneva (Invited Member – the only one from Africa), LIMAr Media Group (Founding Director), uLwazi NPO (Founding Chairman), Tsomo-Kei Farm (Founding Director). He currently seats as the Member of the CAF Board of Directors who are tasked with the Daily running of the Organization. He has worked at several global events including a number of FIFA World Cups (2010 FIFA World Cup, 2014 FIFA World Cup, 2022 FIFA World Cup), Africa Cup of Nations (2010-2024), German Polka Cup, COSAFA Cup amongst other global events.
September has extensive knowledge in Media (TV) Rights and Commercial Rights globally. For the last two years, he has been part of the Executive Management at CAF (Board of Directors) – the highest decision-making body at administration level at CAF. His area of expertise include; Global Media (TV) Rights, Commercial Rights, Reputation Management and Strategy Development.
Sakhiwe Michael Sodo’s qualification include a Master’s degree in Education from the Walter Sisulu University, Executive Development Programme from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University Business School, Practical Labour Law Programme from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Results-Based Management Systems of Public and Development Sectors from the University of Witwatersrand Business School, Higher Diploma in Education, Honours Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Transkei.
He has worked for various government departments, namely: Commerce, Industries and Tourism, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Health, Department of Education and the Department of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture. In the latter department, Mr. Sodo has worked as an officer in charge of school sport for the Eastern Region, as a District Manager for the King Sabata Dalindyebo District, as a District Director in charge of the OR Tambo District. His success in governance was exhibited more succinctly in the latter district wherein he was deployed, among others, in the Departmental Transformation Task Team which dealt with the transformation of the Department of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture from 24 districts to the current 7 districts. At some point, he was appointed District Administrator of the Queenstown District of the department to undertake a turn-around in the district after the department had noted the need for such arrangements to be made. During this period Mr. Sodo was helping various government departments in the field of Labour Relations as a Presiding Officer and as a prosecutor.
In the field of sport in particular, Mr. Sodo has proven to be a hardworking, honest and motivated Sports Leader, having grown through the ranks of the National Sports Council, within the non-racial sporting movement.
